Job summary

Erie Home is seeking a Director, Product Manager for Roofing Systems to oversee the full lifecycle of roofing products, from concept to market launch, driving revenue and margins. You will enhance training resources and strategy for internal teams and installation partners, requiring strategic thinking and deep roofing knowledge.

You will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and support to align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management and training; roofing industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, construction methods, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in market analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of roofing products from introduction to retirement.
• Provide sales teams with product knowledge, training materials, and support.
• Plan and execute the launch of new roofing products with marketing strategies and training materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, legal, and customer support.
