Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture in San Jose is seeking an experienced Product Manager to expand our team's impact on reliability, scalability, and performance across TikTok’s U.S. ecosystem.

You will work across teams, define roadmaps and OKRs, partner with ML and data science, and lead initiatives from ideation to go-to-market while navigating cross-regional compliance and security requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Product Management for consumer-facing social media, user-generated content, mobile or SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills to drive product decisions with data.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy for the US in multiple business areas.
• Architect and implement product systems, including user-facing products, operational tooling and machine learning.
• Understand machine learning model development and measurement to partner with ML Engineering teams.
• Lead ideation, prioritization, and execution of initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives around user research, product ideation, KPI design, A/B testing and go-to-market.
• Define the long-term product roadmap and OKRs; collaborate with partner teams on product, technical, and privacy decisions.
• Ensure our products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal and security requirements.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly changing environment.
• Work with global teams across multiple regions, time zones, languages; open to domestic and international travel.
