Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking a highly customer-focused Product Manager – Aftermarket & Retrofit Solutions to drive product strategy, development, and commercialization of aftermarket parts, retrofit kits, upgrade packages, and replacement solutions within the Drinking Water Business Unit.

This role combines product management expertise with commercial acumen and strong cross-functional leadership to grow revenue, extend product lifecycles, and modernize installations through retrofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management, project management, engineering, marketing, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business case development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to convert customer feedback into innovative product solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive retrofit and conversion solutions to modernize installations and reduce costs.
• Develop retrofit kits, conversion packages, and upgrade solutions.
• Identify opportunities in the installed base for regulatory changes and tech upgrades.
• Define portfolio strategy for aftermarket parts, service kits, and accessories.
• Create and present business cases with financial analysis and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, feasibility, development, and launch.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback for opportunities.
• Develop launch plans, pricing, and sales enablement materials.
• Track performance and implement improvements post-launch.
• Drive revenue growth through customer-driven product solutions.
