Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is hiring a Product Manager II for Retrofit & aftermarket solutions. You will drive strategy, development, and commercialization of aftermarket parts, retrofit kits, and upgrade packages to extend product lifecycles and grow recurring revenue.

You will partner with customers, service teams, and internal stakeholders to define roadmaps, price points, and launch plans while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance across installations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, project management, engineering, marketing, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization.
• Strong analytical, financial, and business case development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback into product solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, feasibility, development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate priorities across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure changes meet performance, safety, certification, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion customer service excellence, lifecycle value, and modernization.
• Develop market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and sales enablement materials.
• Track product performance and drive continuous improvements post-launch.
