Your Role

As a Product Manager, you’ll help shape the future of their platform, guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations. – Break down complex workflows (e.g., eligibility screening, income and employment verification, PDF pre-fill, automated workflows) into clear, prioritized backlogs.

– Use agile best practices (scrum, kanban) to run sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.

Stakeholder Communication- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

– Clearly communicate priorities, trade-offs, and timelines, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility and compliance requirements.

– Prepare product briefs, release notes, and training materials for internal teams and clients.

Continuous Improvement- Monitor feature performance and user behavior to inform iteration and optimization.

– Collaborate with data and engineering teams to integrate insights from analytics and monitoring platforms (e.g., Datadog, Segment, QuickSight).

– Stay informed on industry trends in SaaS, benefits technology, and regulatory environments to guide innovation.
