Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Product Manager II to join our remote team. You will shape vision and execution for internal and enterprise applications, partner with engineers, designers, business leaders, and end users to turn discovery insights into practical solutions while integrating AI thoughtfully. Location is remote (US-based candidates only).

Compensation is $140,000 to $155,000 per year. You will drive product discovery, manage roadmaps, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of product management experience with internal or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
• Experience using AI tools for product management tasks.
• Ability to effectively and responsibly use AI tools in daily work.
• Experience defining or designing AI-enabled product features is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This remote opportunity is ideal for a product professional who can shape vision and execution for internal and enterprise applications that support fast-moving operations. The role will partner closely with engineers, designers, business leaders, and end users to turn discovery insights into practical solutions. You will also help incorporate AI tools thoughtfully into product work while maintaining quality, urgency, and strong stakeholder alignment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
