Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to support and enhance our client’s Financial Services modules. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a leading software company while engaging in cross-functional collaboration, solution delivery, and strategic product development. Travel within North America may be required up to 30%.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments and analysis to provide accurate client quotations and respond to specific business needs
• Collaborate with internal Project/Product Managers and clients to implement new product features and applications
• Support execution of major implementations and client-specific projects to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes
• Lead enhancements to Financial Services modules by managing timelines, coordinating releases, and supporting marketing efforts
  
  

Qualifications

• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent related work experience
• Proven experience with enterprise business applications and software project implementations
• Strong skills in communication, customer service, time management, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, and TeamSupport
• Ability to translate customer requirements into system design and solutions
• Preferred: Experience in the auto club industry or related service field
• Preferred certifications: CTC (Certified Travel Counselor), CTIE (Certified Travel Industry Executive)
• Understanding of Web Services, accounting systems, and quality assurance processes
• Knowledge in business intelligence, data warehousing, or business analytics
