Major Scale is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a remote-first role based in the US from Atlanta. You will own the full arc of product execution—from discovery to launch and post-launch value measurement—within a SaaS platform.

Collaborate closely with design and engineering to drive measurable outcomes, define value-oriented metrics, and influence cross-functional teams without relying on positional authority.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional product management experience owning end-to-end features or software products in a SaaS company.
• Proven ability to define value-oriented metrics, evaluate product performance quantitatively, and adjust course when data warrants it.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership (0-to-1): Take operational problems from discovery through validation, scoping, launch, and long-term performance tracking
• Roadmap Prioritization & Strategy: Formulate written, evidence-based business cases for strategic bets before committing engineering bandwidth
• Data & Metrics Literacy: Define, track, and analyze quantitative metrics and usage telemetry to ensure features deliver measurable ROI and value to end-users
• Product Collaboration: Work in close partnership with design and engineering leads to evaluate usability, viability, and technical feasibility together from day one
• Cross-Functional Influence: Build clarity and momentum across product, customer-facing, and executive teams without relying on positional authority
• Customer Discovery: Maintain a continuous cadence of qualitative customer discovery, shadowing operational teams quarterly to understand workflows in the wild

About the Role

Major Scale is a boutique search firm and talent advisory. We work with early-to-growth stage tech companies, helping them build teams without the usual recruiting noise, hyperbole, or pressure.

Right now, we are partnering with a remote-first software company building intelligence and automation platforms for field-based operations to find a Senior Product Manager. In this role, you will own the full arc of product execution—from initial problem discovery to post-launch value measurement. Experience in SaaS is a must.

Rather than managing feature lists or handing off specs to an engineering team, you will act as a true 0-to-1 owner. You will collaborate directly with design and engineering partners to drive meaningful business and customer outcomes.

• Location: Remote (US-based, must be authorized to work in the US, no sponsorship is available)
• Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 base salary + potential bonus

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of professional product management experience owning end-to-end features or software products, from ideation through production in a SaaS company
• Proven ability to define value-oriented metrics, evaluate product performance quantitatively, and adjust course when data warrants it.
• Prior exposure to PropTech, Property Management, Field Service Management, Logistics, Marketplace, or Construction, with complex B2B SaaS workflows is strongly preferred.
• Ability to synthesize complex customer needs into concise, structured written proposals and build alignment across stakeholders.
