Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features end-to-end from database schema and API design through to a polished frontend.
• Own significant pieces of the product roadmap, translating fuzzy product requirements into a technical plan.
• Ship production-grade code directly to customers on a regular cadence.
• Partner with product and design to stay focused on building rather than managing stakeholders.
• Work across the stack and contribute to a small, senior engineering team with complementary strengths.
• Grow over time into a technical leadership role, mentoring engineers and shaping architecture as the team scales.

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer | Hybrid (1 day onsite) | Atlanta, GA | $150,000 – $220,000

Ready to build the product from the ground up, with real customers and revenue already in place? Looking for the kind of role where you're judged on what you ship, not on how many layers of process you can navigate?

We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company based in Atlanta to grow their core product engineering team. The platform already has paying enterprise customers and a healthy roadmap, but the team is still small enough that a single engineer can meaningfully shape the architecture, the tooling, and the culture. This is a ground-floor opportunity: real product-market fit already validated, startup-style ownership and pace, backed by the runway and stability of a well-funded, growing company. There's a clear path to Staff/Principal as the team scales, and early hires will help define the engineering standards everyone else builds on.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack features end-to-end, from database schema and API design through to a polished, production-ready frontend
• Own significant pieces of the product roadmap, translating fuzzy product requirements into a well-scoped technical plan
• Ship production-grade code directly to customers on a regular cadence, rather than getting stuck in extended design or approval cycles
• Partner with product and design so you can stay focused on building rather than managing stakeholders
• Work across the stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure) and contribute to a small, senior engineering team with complementary strengths
• Grow over time into a technical leadership role, mentoring engineers and shaping architecture as the team scales

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Meaningful hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack web applications at scale
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, database modeling, and system design, with a genuine track record of building rather than managing
• Comfortable working independently on ambiguous problems, translating a business need into a working technical solution without heavy specs
• Experience at a high-growth startup, scale-up, or major tech company, with direct exposure to shipping features that real customers use

Preferred

• Experience integrating AI/LLM features into production products (chat interfaces, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to a founding or early-stage engineering team, comfortable without heavy process or established playbooks
• Experience owning a feature or product area from concept through to customer adoption
• Sample work or portfolio material (GitHub, side projects, technical writing) demonstrating hands-on ownership of past builds
