Job summary

Lam Research in California seeks a CSBG Services Product Manager to lead reuse of spare parts, repairs of RF generators, and refurbishments of electrostatic chucks. You’ll balance strategic and tactical work to grow market share and profitability.

You’ll define repair/refurb strategies, own product vision, and coordinate with operations, supply chain, marketing, and engineering to deliver new reuse features and manage the Spares portfolio. Travel ~10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years in operations or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP software.
• Ability to define business processes and articulate a high level product vision.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills; travel ~10%.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and reverse logistics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Definition of repair and refurb product strategy for aftermarket opportunities.
• Create and own vision for improvements to repair/refurb infrastructure.
• Develop and release new reuse functionality and delivery products.
• Manage released reuse products in the Spares portfolio.
• Collaborate with operations, spare parts product managers, supply chain, marketing, BD, product groups, and engineering.
