Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years' experience in operations or equivalent
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software
• Ability to articulate high level vision and advocate for your product
• Strong bias toward action with exceptional organizational skill
• Exceptional analytical skill
• Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable traveling 10% of time

Responsibilities

• Definition of the repair and refurb product strategy to address emerging aftermarket business opportunities
• Create and own vision for improvements for repair and refurb infrastructure
• Development and release of new reuse functionality and delivery products
• Management of released reuse products in the Spares portfolio
• Partner closely with operations, spares part family product managers, supply chain, marketing, business development, product groups, and engineering in this role
