Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Provider Data to define the strategic vision and roadmaps for core data products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will treat provider datasets as valuable, governed assets and lead modernization efforts for the Provider Directory and regulatory compliance. You will bridge business strategy, operations, and technology, aligning roadmaps with Provider Operations, Provider Information Management, and other partners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of product experience.
• 3 years with the software lifecycle.
• 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the department's and company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
• Actively anticipates future needs and utilizes metrics to identify asset improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Clearly sets and communicates roadmaps and priorities across audiences from product team to executive levels.
• Serve as accountable owner for the designated portfolio of products/tools.
• Identify and drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh priorities with input from internal and partner teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
