Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Provider Data, to define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will treat provider datasets as high-value, governed, API-driven assets that support member access, network fidelity, claims processing, clinical interoperability, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of product experience.
• Experience with software lifecycle and agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for Provider Data products.
• Own the product backlog and prioritize delivery with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with Provider Operations, PIM, and other stakeholder groups.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value opportunities.
• Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
