Job summary

Highmark Inc. seeks a Product Manager for Provider Data to define and drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You’ll treat provider datasets as high-value, API-driven assets and partner across Provider Operations, PIM, Contracting, and Administration teams. You will lead efforts to modernize the Provider Directory, improve data accuracy to meet regulatory benchmarks, and reduce

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of a degree.
3 years of product experience.
3 years with the software lifecycle.
1 year of advanced domain experience.
1 year with the Agile process.

Responsibilities

Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify improvements.
Represent the product in governance meetings.
Clearly sets and communicates roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
Own the product backlog and refresh and re-prioritize backlog regularly.
Serve as accountable owner for the designated portfolio.
