Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Provider Data to define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

The role focuses on data-as-a-product governance, API-driven assets, and modernizing the Provider Directory to meet regulatory benchmarks and reduce provider abrasion across attestation and roster submissions.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Product experience.
• Includes 3 years with the Software Lifecycle and 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• Preferred: 1 year with the Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Understand department's and company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy with clear roadmaps and priorities.
• Actively anticipates future needs and uses metrics and qualitative input to identify improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Clearly sets and communicates roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executive levels.
• Serve as accountable owner for the sets of products/tools within the designated portfolio.
• Identify and drives cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh priorities based on input from internal and partner teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
