Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Provider Data, to define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for core Provider Data Products within the Provider Data Management & Reimbursement portfolio.

You will treat provider datasets as high-value, governed, API-driven assets, modernize the Provider Directory, improve data accuracy for CMS and No Surprises Act, and reduce provider abrasion by reimagining attestation and roster submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, math or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of product management experience.
• Minimum 3 years with the software lifecycle.
• At least 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Experience with agile processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Provider Data.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver API-driven data products.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and audits.
• Drive data accuracy and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering delivery teams throughout sprints.
