Job summary

Fitch Solutions in New York is seeking a Product Manager to own the planning, development, and delivery of Private Credit data products. You will translate customer needs into a prioritized roadmap, write PRDs and user stories, and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver high-quality datasets and workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management in financial services, financial information services, or FinTech.
• Genuine expertise in Private Credit markets — market structure, workflows, client segments, and commercial dynamics.
• Strong understanding of private credit data models: instrument structures, spreads, covenants, facility terms, borrower characteristics.
• A track record of driving initiatives from discovery through delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile environments with iterative delivery.
• Comfort working with technical teams and a solid understanding of software development.
• Awareness of where AI/ML creates genuine value in a data product context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proven ability to align and influence in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of data products from conception through launch and continuous improvement.
• Define OKRs/KPIs, prioritize a roadmap balancing client value, revenue impact, data quality, and technical feasibility.
• Lead agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Track adoption, retention, revenue impact, data quality, and client satisfaction metrics to guide iteration.
