The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in product management, be knowledgeable in Agile methodologies, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. The role includes responsibilities such as backlog management, UAT, and collaborating on product innovations within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role.
• Familiarity with performance metrics like DORA.
• Passion for understanding and addressing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap.
• Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Develop detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Run agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Discuss features with customers focusing on usability.
• Collaborate on feature prototyping and A/B testing.
• Handle issues with current features based on feedback.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics.
