Job summary

Options Consulting Solutions is recruiting a Product Manager for a Boston-based private equity client to lead the development of customer-centric, data-driven products for private market investors.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Research to define requirements, validate assumptions, and deliver features from conception through launch. The role combines client engagement with hands-on product delivery in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS experience shaping new-build product development and roadmaps.
• 4-5 years’ PM experience, preferably in FinTech or financial services.
• MBA/MS/MA with focus on business, digital product management or related fields.
• Evidence of driving product decisions through customer journeys and data.
• Bias toward action and hands-on product delivery mindset.
• Ability to advance discovery, ideation, strategy, requirements and value management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams to drive the digital product vision and own feature implementations.
• Define, document and communicate clear feature requirements with design and engineering.
• Clarify requirements, answer questions, ensure alignment with specs and designs.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and issue resolution prior to launch.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
• Translate customer needs into product capabilities through collaboration with users/engineering.
• Oversee product performance and invest in enhancements to hit business goals.
