Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking a Product Manager to drive growth for Portsmouth Shake, Foundry Specialty Siding, and Versetta Stone lines. You will partner with Product and Marketing to define strategy and execute initiatives in a Columbus-based role.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing lifecycle and P&L, and delivering on sales targets for premium products. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of marketing, sales, or product management experience.
• Experience with premium/high-end products preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and lifecycle management from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing on product and marketing strategies.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain P&L responsibility for assigned product lines.
• Ensure annual sales and profitability targets are met/exceeded.
• Set strategic pricing and support sales negotiations.
• Lead Stage-Gate activities for new product development.
• Oversee pre-launch activities with Sales and other teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, R&D, Finance, and Sales.
• Glean market and competitive intelligence and share insights.
