Job summary

Master Builders Solutions US in Beachwood, OH, is seeking a Product Line Manager to drive growth and profitability across assigned product lines. You will own product strategies, pricing, lifecycle management, and sales enablement while collaborating with R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Sales.

The role requires a commercially minded, technically curious professional with 5+ years in concrete-related materials or a similar field. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in construction materials or related technical industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and product launches is preferred.
• MBA or advanced construction-related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product line strategies for profitable growth and market differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional new product development from concept to launch.
• Own end-to-end product launches, including positioning and sales tools.
• Create sales collateral, training materials, and customer-facing resources.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Provide product training and support to Sales and Technical Service teams.
