Qualifications

• B.S.E. (EE, ME, or related) required.
• 5+ years in product management for power/thermal solutions.
• Strong grasp of power electronics and thermal mgmt tech.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Champion the product internally and externally with sales, applications, channels, and customers.
• Define market needs and Go-To-Market strategies to drive business results.
• Build relationships with executives, engineering, sales, and global teams for alignment.
• Lead innovation and influence industry direction through events and partnerships.
