Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in power electronics or related industrial tech.
• Strong knowledge of power conversion and thermal management technologies.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy, vision, and long-term growth plans.
• Own the North American product roadmap, including new product introductions, pricing, lifecycle management, and end-of-life planning.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer initiatives to identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive business development efforts, generate market opportunities, and support lead generation activities.
• Create sales enablement tools, training materials, and go-to-market programs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure successful product execution.
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to strengthen the product ecosystem.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and relevant organizations.
