Qualifications

• B.S.E. in EE/ME or related with 5+ years in power/thermal product management.
• Strong grasp of power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, drives, chargers) and thermal tech.
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and business case development.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Champion the product internally and externally with sales, applications, channels, and customers.
• Define market needs and go-to-market strategies that achieve business results.
