Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc is seeking a Product Manager (Mid) to lead the POS Hardware team in delivering reliable, scalable checkout solutions across retail stores. You will bridge store and franchisee needs with hardware, software, payments, and operations capabilities to support checkout and store execution.

You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, Operations, and Vendors, manage requirements and user stories, apply Agile practices, and drive pilots and store rollouts for POS devices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Experience with Retail POS systems (hardware and/or software).
• Experience managing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong experience working with Engineering, UX, Operations, and Vendors.
• Experience with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Understanding of POS devices such as payment terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and cash registers.
• Experience managing product delivery, testing, pilots, and store rollouts.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, payment systems, and POS transaction flows.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
