PSG California, part of the Dover Corporation, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape the product line strategy for All-Flo, Griswold, Neptune and Wilden portfolios. You will analyze pricing, margins, and market data, collaborate with sales and marketing, and drive successful product launches across a dynamic, onsite environment in California.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in product management or related fields, with strong communication and analytical

• 3+ years in product management, sales, or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of product line strategies for PSG California.
• Define pricing, margins, forecasts and life cycle planning for products.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to shape value propositions.
• Coordinate product launches and promotions with marketing.
• Assist sales with technical support and target-market accounts.
• Travel as required.
