Job summary

PSG is seeking an Associate Product Manager for its California portfolio in Grand Terrace, CA. You will report to the Director of Product Management and help shape the product line lifecycle, pricing, and market strategy for All-Flo, Griswold, Neptune and Wilden brands.

You will partner with sales, marketing and engineering to drive new product development, lifecycle planning, and competitive positioning. Travel is required to support launches, pricing, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, sales, or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
• Self-sufficient, self-motivated, works with moderate supervision.
• Strong team player, great work ethic, passionate and a commitment to win.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product line strategies for the PSG California portfolio that supports the market and customer penetration objectives of the global sales team.
• Product pricing and margin maintenance.
• New product development.
• Lifecycle planning for enhancement and obsolescence.
• Product forecasts, inventory guidance and cost targets.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to develop value propositions.
• Define new product development opportunities and build a robust funnel of prospective new investment projects.
• Build business cases for new product opportunities through VOC research and establish product specifications.
• Manage product launches, changes, and promotions with marketing teams.
• Coordinate the promotion of products and services to deliver profitable growth.
• Provide support to the sales force through management of technical support resources and customer meetings.
