Bottomline is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to drive the evolution of Paymode within fraud prevention, security and compliance. You will translate business challenges into actionable work, partnering with senior product colleagues and development teams to deliver across the full lifecycle.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Security/CISO and Network Operations, gaining exposure beyond a traditional team while navigating diverse stakeholders and communicating clearly.

Formación

• Experience in product management for SaaS or software.
• Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements and user stories.
• Proven collaboration with development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Curiosity about data and automation to improve product decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own product delivery from priorities to executable work for development teams.
• Define clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with development teams to support sprint planning and delivery.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to balance business, customer, security and compliance needs.
• Identify opportunities to use data and automation to improve decisions and outcomes.
• Challenge existing processes and explore better approaches within guardrails.
