Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions, based in the United States, seeks a Product Manager to lead the execution of a payments-focused product roadmap within a regulatory-friendly environment. You will collaborate with customers, developers, and stakeholders, using data to guide decisions and contribute to strategy and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Payments and merchant fees.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
• Working knowledge of payments, merchant services, or fintech platforms.
• Familiarity with PCI compliance, fraud, risk, or chargeback workflows.
• Experience with payment channels such as eCommerce, POS, IVR, or electronic check processing.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to represent requirements and understand key customer needs and market basics.
• Is familiar with and can use customer frameworks (e.g. Jobs To Be Done, personas).
• Autonomously analyzes situations and data.
• Executes on go to market launch plans as required.
• Contributes to building collateral and marketing materials and provides input and expertise.
• Directly addresses customer complaints.
• Leads the execution of a product roadmap for assigned area(s).
• Leverages tools to coordinate activities and ensure quality based on the development methodology in place.
• Participates and contributes to process improvement activities.
• Meaningfully contributes to development and execution of the product strategy.
