Job summary

Bottomline is seeking a collaborative Product Manager to support the ongoing evolution of Paymode across fraud prevention, security and compliance. You will translate business challenges into actionable requirements and work closely with development teams to drive delivery throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• PM/PO experience in SaaS or technology environment.
• Ability translate problems into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience working with software development teams in Agile.
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Curiosity about data-driven product improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own product delivery from priorities to actionable work across lifecycle.
• Define clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with development teams to support sprint planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with Security/CISO and Network Operations as needed.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve fraud and compliance through data.
• Challenge existing processes and advocate data-driven improvements.
• Maintain customer-focused product design and experience.
• Communicate progress and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Develop domain knowledge in B2B payments security and compliance.
• Assess internal vs third-party capabilities based on needs.
