BW Packaging is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and profitability of a product line. You will align engineering, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and service around a shared vision, balancing customer value with business goals.

You will own lifecycle decisions, drive pricing, and oversee go-to-market activities, partnerships, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong cross‑functional leadership and a track record of delivering measurable value.

Formación

• 10+ years in commercial, strategy, product management, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• Strong commercial and technical acumen, preferably in packaging, automation, or industrial systems.
• Financial literacy including understanding of product-level revenue, cost drivers, pricing strategy, profitability and ROI.
• Proven success leading initiatives and influencing outcomes within cross-functional, matrixed organizations.
• Flexibility to take on evolving priorities in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own product line strategy, roadmap, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including introductions, enhancements, rationalization, and end-of-life decisions.
• Drive pricing strategies and ROI analyses; develop business cases with finance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Innovation to shape go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
