Kampgrounds of America, Inc. (KOA) seeks a Product Manager to partner with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to identify customer problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver valuable product improvements.

This high-leverage, individual-contributor role leads through evidence and influence, shaping a trusted roadmap for executives, franchisees, and engineers. The PM owns domain priorities, refines requirements, and prepares work for delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of software product experience.
• Proven continuous discovery practice with customer research and evidence-based prioritization.
• Experience defining outcome-based roadmaps and KPIs; SQL/BI fluency a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to influence without authority.

Mansioni

• Manage and evolve K2 product strategy and outcome-based roadmap across product domains.
• Lead operator research cadence with campground operators, staff, and franchise stakeholders.
• Frame problems, own outcomes, metrics, and priority for every investment.
• Understand market intelligence and translate parity gaps into roadmap decisions.
• Own product requirements, objectives, personas, and use cases; prioritize outcomes.
• Operate the product intake model and protect delivery teams from unprioritized work.
• Partner on Ready-queue priorities and communicate roadmap to executives and franchise audiences.
• Define adoption and measurement plans; conduct Outcome Reviews.
• Support market sizing, segmentation, and packaging analysis.
