Job summary
Natera is seeking a Product Manager for Signatera Lab Execution to own features across the NGS lab workflow, from sample intake to sequencing. Translate lab needs into clear requirements, wireframes, and user stories, partnering with Lab Ops, R&D, and Automation to reduce errors and training time.
You will measure throughput, turnaround time, and adoption, launch new panels, and collaborate with Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliant features.
Qualifications
- Experience in product management or related role on software products in healthcare or regulated domains.
- Solid skills in writing requirements and user stories.
- UX design thinking with user-centered workflows.
- Interest in genomics workflows and quick learning of complex processes.
- Analytical mindset using data and dashboards for decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong written and verbal communication and multi-priority organization.
Responsibilities
- Own features for a lab workflow; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to clarify requirements.
- Prioritize backlog; balance features, bugs, and quality improvements.
- Track throughput, turnaround time, rework, and adoption post-launch.
- Collaborate with Lab Ops, R&D, and Automation to roll out features.
- Partner with Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliant lab software.
