Job summary

Ria Money Transfer seeks a Product Manager to own its omnichannel portfolio, bridging the legacy agent network with digital channels. You’ll lead multi-market programs including agent referral, in-store self-service, and agent POS, with scale and impact across global markets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of consumer PM experience, strong communication, data-driven decision making, and comfort working in a hybrid setup with in-office days Tues–Thu. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience owning a consumer product end-to-end, with growth, adoption, or channel-migration work.
• Strong product sense, stakeholder management, and clear communication across both commercial and technical audiences.
• Data-driven prioritization, with comfort in product analytics and enough API/data literacy to partner credibly with engineering (no coding required).
• Fluent in standard PM tooling — Jira, Confluence, Figma (read/comment), and product analytics (Amplitude, PostHog, Segment, or similar).
• Comfortable owning a multi-program, multi-market portfolio touching a large existing customer base and a global agent network, at high-volume consumer and transaction scale.
• Strong written communication, with experience working across time zones and remote/distributed teams.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the office.
• Reside in the city where the position is based or be open to relocating.
• Authorized to work in the country where this role is based.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.

About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own Ria's omnichannel product portfolio — the programs and tools that bring our massive brick-and-mortar customer base into digital channels. Ria built its business on physical agents and storefronts, and this role owns the strategy and products that move those customers online: the Agent Referral Program, in-store self-service tools, and the agent POS experience. It's a role central to Ria's long-term omnichannel strategy, with scope and seniority that grow as the program scales globally.

You'll own a multi-program, multi-market portfolio end-to-end, partnering across engineering, design, compliance, regional and commercial teams, and our global agent network. This is a consumer-facing PM role with real scale and real stakes — you're on the hook for digital adoption from a customer base placing millions of transactions, and for expanding proven programs across Ria's footprint. What You'll Do

Own the Portfolio

• Own the roadmap and delivery for Ria's omnichannel portfolio: the Agent Referral Program, the brick-and-mortar self-service tool, and the in-store agent POS experience.
• Scale and improve the Agent Referral Program, expanding it beyond current markets (US, AU, CA, UK, MY) to all Ria markets.
• Roll out the B&M self-service tool — transfer status, modify, cancel, receipts, and compliance document upload — from US/AU to all markets.
• Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build from directly.

Drive Digital Migration

• Define and drive new initiatives to migrate brick-and-mortar customers to digital channels (app and web).
• Improve the omnichannel experience in the agent POS used in stores.
• Use product data and customer insight to prioritize the adoption and migration problems actually worth solving.

Ship & Scale

• Lead a cross-functional squad through delivery — managing trade-offs, clearing blockers, and keeping momentum.
• Own outcomes, not just output: define success metrics — digital adoption from the B&M base, program performance, market expansion — and tie your work directly to them.
• Build for scale, expanding proven programs across Ria's global footprint with a repeatable playbook for each new market rather than a one-off lift each time.

Align Stakeholders

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Regional and Commercial teams, the Agent Network & Operations, and Analytics to ship programs that meet local requirements.
• Bring compliance and regional teams in early so market launches meet local rules and customer needs.
• Explain the "why" behind roadmap trade-offs to commercial, engineering, and leadership stakeholders alike.
• Keep growth, risk, and operational efficiency visible when prioritizing, and make trade-offs and opportunity costs clear to stakeholders.

• Familiarity with agent, partner, or POS ecosystems, and experience with referral or incentive-program mechanics.
• Background in fintech, payments, or remittances.
• Multi-market international rollout experience, and comfort operating across regions and cultures.
• CS/engineering degree or PM/Agile certification.

Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
