Job description

Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). We make it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad. Ria has become one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and now we're focused making online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager who is data-driven, outcome-focused, and eager to learn. You’ll help define what we ship, improve our user experience, and make sure the product drives real business impact. You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and regional teams to launch features, improve flows, and raise the standard for how people send money internationally. This position supports our Compliance team. You will work on features related to user authentication, identity verification, transaction access, etc., across the entire product landscape. Having experience working in highly regulated industries and support large, complex, internal tooling systems is ideal. If you care about solving practical problems that matter to millions of people sending money home, we’d love to talk.

What you'll do

  • Support discovery work by using product data, customer input, and market signals to surface opportunities.
  • Help translate customer and data insights into problem statements worth solving.
  • Contribute to prioritization discussions by gathering evidence from research and experiments.

Drive Execution

  • Draft and refine specs that enable fast, confident development.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to help ship high-quality features.
  • Assist in maintaining momentum by tracking progress and helping to remove blockers.

Own Outcomes

  • Take responsibility for a portion of the customer journey across web and mobile with guidance.
  • Help define success metrics and connect your work to them.
  • Push for measurable impact, not just output.
  • Support delivery and outcomes, adjusting your approach based on results and applying learnings to future initiatives.

Align Stakeholders

  • Anticipate compliance, legal, and operational needs and bring them into discussions early.
  • Build alignment by clearly explaining the ‘why’ behind proposals and decisions.
  • Partner with regional teams to support local needs without compromising on the core experience.
  • Help ensure alignment with company strategy by making trade-offs and opportunity costs visible to stakeholders.

What We're Looking for

  • +1 years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services (internships and projects count).
  • Fluent in English, with some experience working across time zones or with remote teams.
  • Degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest or basic experience in at least one of: product data, UX design, or web development.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
  • Reside in Denver, CO or be open to relocating.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
  • Experience contributing to product launches or iterations, whether through school, internships, or prior roles.
  • Strong product sense and curiosity about user behavior.
  • Hands on, with a bias for action and comfortable diving into the details.
  • Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution with guidance.
  • Clear communicator who backs decisions with evidence.
  • Familiarity with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Branch, Posthog or Iterable is a plus.
  • You regularly explore new apps and often find yourself analyzing what makes them work, or not.
