About the Company
Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). We make it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad. We\'ve become one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and now we\'re focused on building a great digital experience. The next challenge is making online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.
We\'re looking for a Product Manager for our Acquisition team who is data-driven, outcome-focused, and ready to build. You\'ll own the front door of our product - everything from how people discover us to getting them to successfully create an account.
You\'ll work closely with design, engineering, and growth teams to optimize conversion funnels. You\'ll dig into signup flows, authentication systems, and early user journeys to remove friction and drive acquisition.
If you care about turning complex processes into simple, trustworthy experiences that help people send money home faster, we\'d love to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Use product data, customer input, and market signals to surface opportunities.
- Translate customer and data insights into problem statements worth solving.
- Prioritize which problems to solve based on evidence from research and experiments.
Drive Execution
- Write clear specs that enable fast, confident development.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and QA to ship high-quality features.
- Maintain momentum by managing trade-offs and removing blockers.
Own Outcomes
- Own a segment of the customer journey across web and mobile.
- Define success metrics and tie your work directly to them.
- Push for measurable impact, not just output.
- Own delivery and results, adjusting your approach based on outcomes and applying learnings to future initiatives.
Align Stakeholders
- Plan for compliance, legal, and operational needs early to move fast without risking quality or user experience.
- Build alignment by explaining the "why" behind decisions, not just seeking agreement.
- Work with regional teams to support local needs without compromising on the core experience.
- Ensure alignment with company strategy while making trade-offs and opportunity costs visible to stakeholders.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of product experience in software, fintech, or online services.
- Fluent in English, with experience working across time zones and remote teams.
- Reside in Denver, CO or be open to relocating.
- Authorized to work in the US.
- Degree in business, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: product data, UX design, or web development.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup, with at least Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office.
- Proven record of shipping and iterating on impactful products.
- Strong product sense and understanding of user behavior.
- Hands-on, with a bias for action and comfortable diving into the details.
- Able to zoom in and out between strategy and execution.
- Clear communicator who backs decisions with evidence.
- Familiar with tools like Segment, Amplitude, Branch, Posthog or Iterable.
- You regularly explore new apps and often find yourself analyzing what makes them work, or not.
