Job summary

VALD is seeking a hands-on project manager to own BridgeAthletic's nutrition experience end to end, enabling coaches to create and deliver nutrition guidance and track athlete meals. You will work with engineering, design and cross-functional teams to take ideas from problem to shipped product, measuring adoption and impact.

You will write requirements, manage scope, analyze feedback, and contribute to shaping the roadmap with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

1+ years in project management or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong execution skills with ability to keep projects moving and identify risks.
Attention to detail and ability to think through edge cases before QA.
Data-driven approach using product data to inform decisions.
Strong prioritisation and collaboration skills to align teams.
Genuine curiosity about the domain and how coaches work day to day.
Growth mindset aligned with continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

Own projects from start to finish: write requirements and manage scope to release.
Turn problems into solutions and refine edge cases and trade-offs.
Own launches: ensure releases, documentation, and adoption measurement post-launch.
Shape the roadmap by analyzing user feedback and usage data.
Learn the domain to understand coaching workflows and performance needs.
