Job summary

Actus Nutrition seeks a Project Engineer to drive key strategic projects across our locations. You will identify, design, and implement equipment and process improvements to optimize manufacturing and the commercialization of new products, coordinating with vendors, plant management, and internal teams to meet scope and schedule.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and capital projects while partnering with plant managers and contractors to define scope and budgets, ensuring cost-effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Process, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills; team spirit, dynamic, innovative, results-oriented, and autonomous.
• Significant interaction with manufacturing facilities is required.
• P&ID knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and plan projects with manufacturing team for major production activities.
• Control budgets and timelines.
• Partner with plant managers to design and implement capital projects.
• Partner with contractors to define scope, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare project approval and justification documents.
• Identify and implement machine/equipment design improvements for cost and productivity gains.
• Lead projects to achieve measurable manufacturing objectives.
• Study and improve processes to lower costs and establish Standard Work.
