Job summary

Uplight seeks a Product Manager II to own the Non-steerable Asset Optimization within the Flex platform, shaping the core user experience for optimizing non-steerable devices and enabling utility program managers to scale demand response programs.

Collaborate with engineering and design to define strategy and roadmap, lead user research, measure outcomes, and ensure OEM compatibility for scalable, resilient, and easy-to-use capabilities.

• 2+ years experience leading product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for Non-steerable Asset Optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to shape strategy and roadmap, prioritize problems, and launch MVPs.
• Lead iterative product and design thinking to measure, learn, and improve user experience.
• Build a data-driven understanding of customer needs and usage across programs.
• Drive user research with clients at every stage of product development.
• Define, monitor, and report on key metrics for your products.
• Partner with designers, engineers, PMs, researchers, marketers, and account managers to align on core problems.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and iteration.
