Job summary

Uplight is seeking a Product Manager II to oversee Non-steerable Asset Optimization within the Flex platform, focused on the Predictive Capacity Dispatch capability and scalable non-steerable dispatch solutions for utilities.

You will lead strategy, collaborate with engineering and design, guide client readiness, and drive data-driven decision making while partnering across teams to deliver impactful, user-friendly outcomes.

• Embed discovery and user research throughout product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for Non-steerable Asset Optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to shape roadmaps and MVPs.
• Lead iterative product and design thinking to improve user experience.
• Build a data-driven understanding of customer needs and behaviors across programs.
• Drive user research with clients at every stage of development.
• Define and monitor key product metrics and report outcomes.
• Partner with designers, engineers, PMs, researchers, marketers, and account managers.
• Champion continuous learning, feedback, and iteration.
