Shift4 is expanding its North America payments platform and seeks a Payment Processing Product Manager Lead to own the product strategy for Clearing, Settlement, and Exceptions/Dispute Management across North America. This role will help move from legacy processing to a modern, modular platform while coordinating with third-party processors and networks.

You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to translate architectural direction into a phased roadmap, define success

Qualificações

• 7+ years in product management in payments or fintech.
• Experience with card networks and settlements.
• Proven ability to translate architecture into roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Own NA product roadmap for Clearing, Settlement, and Dispute Management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Risk, Operations and Compliance.
• Manage external processor relationships and certifications.
• Define success metrics and report progress to leadership.
