Job summary

OpenRouter is hiring the first Product Manager for its Agent Platform, Ori. You will guide a small, fast-moving team to define and ship multi-model tooling that works across terminal, Slack, and desktop surfaces.

You’ll balance developer-centric needs with broader enterprise adoption, shipping end-to-end developer tools from prototype to production. You’ll collaborate with co-founders, design, GTM, and platform teams to prove product-market fit, drive adoption, and shape the open/innovative

Qualifications

5+ years of product management or founder experience in developer tools or infrastructure.
Zero-to-one track record—from prototype to paying users.
Daily fluency with coding agents and related tooling.
Strong technical judgment: read code, inspect CLI, evaluate tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

Own the agent platform roadmap end to end across multiple surfaces and deployments.
Set strategy and target user for each surface and investment areas.
Take new tools from waitlist to general availability through private testing and internal dogfooding.
Make model fungibility real with robust switching, fallbacks, and guardrails.
Own agent experience from install to CLI UX and tool integration.
Close the loop with GTM and platform for API/SDK gaps.
