Job summary

EyeQ Monitoring is seeking a Product Manager to own the Multi-Family and Commercial Real Estate vertical, shaping product strategy, roadmap, and execution for IoT and camera-based solutions. You will coordinate with engineering, IoT teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver value for retail stores, shopping centers, and CRE customers.

You will define PRDs, write user stories, and guide sprint planning while balancing customer needs, feasibility, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Experience owning a product area or vertical from strategy through launch.
• Strong experience writing PRDs, product specifications, and roadmap documentation.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product priorities.
• Experience partnering with Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the Multi-Family & Commercial Real Estate vertical.
• Define and prioritize product investments based on customer needs and business goals.
• Drive product strategy across Virtual Guard, License Plate Management, Forensics, Case Management, and future capabilities.
• Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact when making roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on product positioning, messaging, launches, and demos; partner with Sales and Customer Success on pricing, packaging, rollout strategies, and adoption.
• Communicate roadmap priorities and updates across the organization.
• Represent EyeQ at customer meetings, advisory boards, and industry events.
