OpenEye is expanding its product team and seeks a hardworking Technical Product Manager to drive software product development. You will collaborate with engineers, marketing, sales, and support across a range of technologies to deliver impactful products that enhance safety and business intelligence.

In this role you’ll own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, shape go‑to‑market plans, gather market feedback, and conduct research to understand customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development lifecycle: writing specs, wireframing, working with engineering, ensuring on‑time product delivery.
• Assisting with go‑to‑market strategy and launches for new products and delivering product presentations.
• Gather market feedback and ensure products meet customer needs.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative product research to determine customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own and contribute to the entire product development lifecycle: writing specs, wireframing, working with engineering, and ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Assist with go‑to‑market strategy and product launches; coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, support.
• Gather market feedback, work with users, and ensure the right products meet customer needs.
• Run qualitative and quantitative product research to determine customer wants.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to prioritize the roadmap and build consensus on product vision.
• Generate ideas and champion new product features and enhancements.
• Be the product expert to internal teams and external partners.
