Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager to own the Multi-Family & Commercial Real Estate product vertical in Marietta, GA. You will drive strategy, roadmap execution, and new feature development across a connected devices and AI-enabled security platform.

You will become the voice of the customer, partnering with clients in multifamily and commercial real estate to shape future product direction and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to bring solutions to market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience owning a product area, roadmap, or business vertical.
• Experience writing PRDs, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong customer discovery and requirements gathering experience.
• Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience translating customer feedback into actionable product priorities.
