Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in product management, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with Agile/backlog tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Aha!. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management or related role.
• Knowledge of mortgage processes, capital markets, or underwriting/origination.
• Translating business needs into clear software requirements.
• Ability to evaluate options and make data-driven trade-offs.
• Familiarity with Agile and backlog management, using delivery tools.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Evaluate requests, set priorities, and communicate trade-offs among value, impact, effort, and risk.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and manage priorities and scope.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate to refine requirements, resolve questions, and ensure solutions meet needs.
• Guide functionality from discovery to release and post-release evaluation.
• Communicate progress, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues when needed.
• Articulate product value and benefits for customer education and sales enablement.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
