Job summary

Markmonitor is seeking a Product Manager for Meridian, ID to drive the strategic direction, lifecycle management, and commercial success of enterprise software products. You will define product vision, build business cases, and collaborate with engineers, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver customer-centric solutions.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, mentoring Product Owners and shaping a data-driven product roadmap in a global, cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Product management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and ROI models for new features and product investments.
• Own product lifecycle management from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success and inform roadmap decisions.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, revenue impact, cost, risk, and alignment.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive stakeholders to align on strategy and delivery priorities.
• Support go‑to‑market planning, positioning, and messaging for successful launches.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure tactical execution aligns with strategy.
• Represent the product in executive reviews, customer engagements, and industry forums.
