Job summary

Mariana Minerals is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the ML platform, simulators, and robotics initiatives that run in our industrial plants. You will align the applied AI/ML organization with software engineering, define roadmap priorities, and ensure engineers stay heads-down on impactful work.

Qualifications

• Must have 4–8+ years in technical product management, ML platform or robotics product roles, or equivalent cross-disciplinary experience.
• Ability to lead in a highly technical room and drive decisions when needed.
• Deep understanding of ML systems—training, evaluation, deployment, perception, simulation.
• Proven track record of bringing structure to ambiguous initiatives and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong prioritization and trade-off skills; capable of saying no when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences, from engineers to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the ML platform, simulators, and robotics initiatives across plants and operations.
• Define product specs, KPIs, and success metrics for ML and autonomy programs.
• Align stakeholders across ML, perception, and software engineering to ensure cohesive ownership.
