Job summary

Sphinx Defense, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Mission Planning Operations/Ground Terminal Management to lead product direction for satellite command and control, telemetry, RF terminal management, and operator workflows.

You will work with operator groups, program leadership, and engineering to translate user needs into prioritized software features across multiple Agile teams. You will advocate for operators, gather feedback, and apply domain expertise to ensure development aligns with

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering software products.
• Experience in satellite command and control, telemetry, RF terminals, or space mission operations.
• Experience leading product execution across multiple Agile teams.
• Strong ability to translate operator needs into software features.
• Experience working with government or mission users.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own feature backlog and roadmaps across multiple Program Increments (PIs).
• Represent operator needs to engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Translate operational needs into prioritized software requirements.
• Coordinate dependencies across Agile teams and program boards.
• Support demonstrations and technical documentation for stakeholders.
