Job summary

ReSupply, based in Downtown Boston, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to define and deliver the technology that will reinvent the charitable supply chain in the U.S. If you're passionate about turning complex customer needs into scalable solutions and making a social impact, we'd love to talk.

You will work with the Senior Product Manager, Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Data to shape the roadmap, conduct discovery, write clear specs, and own platform initiatives

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated Product Management experience with platform/web app delivery.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze qualitative feedback with quantitative data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in-person at Downtown Boston HQ.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Product Manager to define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap based on user value, effort, and business impact.
• Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analysis to translate pain points into actionable specs and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design in an agile environment to clarify requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks with Operations, Customer Success, and Data to build scalable workflows and data flows.
• Coordinate cross-functional launches and monitor post-launch feedback for continuous improvement.
